Professionals such as GPs, health visitors, school nurses and education professionals may refer children into one of our services.

About this service

We are a team of administrators and clinicians who triage referrals. We help make sure your referral is reviewed and sent to the right service, such as continence, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and physiotherapy. Referrals can be made by professionals involved in your child’s care.

Referral pathways

If you need help locating, completing or submitting a referral, the SPA team can provide support (please call the SPA on the telephone number at the top of the page).

Self-referral is not available for this service.

Some of our services offer self referral, alongside professional referral. Where this is the case, direct the service user to visit this website and search for the service they require.

We can usually help patients who are:
