For:

We give you and your child advice and support with health and wellbeing during school years. You can get help at school, at home, in clinics, or in family centres. We support you to stay healthy and make positive choices.

About the team

We are a team of specialist school nurses, registered nurses, nursery nurses and community health assistants who support children and young people. We work in schools, your home, clinics, and family centres to give you advice and support with health and wellbeing. We are not based in schools, but we come to you in places that work best for you.
